Why he was chosen as a Next Gen All Star Top 20 Under 40 winner:
“He is changing the way plumbers are viewed. He has invested in our company to make sure our plumbers are trained aggressively by building a hands-on lab and a classroom to learn etiquette and how to treat the customers and give them a 5-star experience. Our plumbers are clean, trained and prepared to walk into a residential home and impress. He has also been featured by ServiceTitan on its podcast, in online articles and hosted a webinar on how to build sales in the home,” says Joseph Miles, of Gleason Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric.
