Why she was chosen as a Next Gen All Star Top 20 Under 40 winner:
“Maddie was initially hired in our company as a plumbing apprentice, and the first female plumber in our local industry. With no experience in plumbing, she picked up the skills necessary to have her own truck in six months’ time. After a one-week course through Ultimate Tech, she was able to run calls less than a month after returning from her training. In the two years Maddie has been in her truck, she has become not just a great technician, but also an ambassador for women in the trades. LimRic currently has a promo titled ‘Women in the Trades’ that she also stars in,” says James Baillie, of LimRic Plumbing, Heating and Air.
