Touchless two-in-one faucet and soap dispenser
The new TiO combines the functionality of an automatic faucet and soap dispenser in one body. TiO is offered in two design styles at two different heights: a smooth round shape, and a geometric square shape. The faucet body is crafted from solid brass with state-of-the-art valving and pumping systems, the company says. The TiO dispenses standard liquid soap or hand sanitizer, and refilling the soap and adjusting the dispensed quantity are simple processes. The TiO fits any standard single-hole sink, even sinks with faucet holes that are less than an inch in diameter. The product can easily be serviced without removing it from the deck. A single power source — battery or AC adapter — powers both the faucet and soap dispenser while the resin-encased control electronics provide reliable long-term service, the company adds.

T&S Brass' LakeCrest’s tapered shape meets the design needs of contemporary office buildings and public facilities without sacrificing the commercial-duty construction that supports long-term reliability, the company states. Constructed of stainless steel, the semi-pro kitchen faucet is a light-duty commercial faucet designed for customer-facing applications, such as front-of-house needs in restaurants, an office break room or an open kitchen. Using a toggle switch on the spray handle, the semi-pro can clean with a powerful rinsing spray or supply water using aerated flow. The single-handle faucets — with models for single hole and 4” center applications — are available in both chrome and brushed nickel finishes.

Tankless no roof kit
Noritz America maximizes ease of installation with its new No Roof Kit. With this accessory, premix burner Noritz tankless water heaters can be installed without the installer setting foot on the roof, offering time-, labor-, and cost-saving in residential applications. Not only does the No Roof Kit eliminate the contractor’s need to climb on the roof to install venting for the tankless water heater, but drilling holes in the wall for exhaust is also no longer needed. Best suited for single-story homes and attic installs, the No Roof Kit includes three, 36-inch polypropylene (PP) pipes and a PP-PVC adaptor, a 2-inch single vent (SV) conversion kit, and a diffuser kit. To use the kit, a pre-existing, 3- or 4-inch circular B-vent, no longer than 8.5 feet, with a straight vertical shot from the ceiling to the roof, is required.

SunTouch introduced the ProMelt Smart Panel, a snow-melt controller designed to control any size snow melting system. The panel is available in 100 AMP or 200 AMP capacity to operate 120, 208, 240, or 277 VAC snow melting systems. The panel is enabled with Wi-Fi to allow you to control your system from anywhere with the Watts Home app. The ProMelt Smart Panel is compatible with ProMelt mats, cables and sensors. The all-in-one design makes for a quicker, easier install, the company notes.

Water heater solution
NIBCO announced enhancements to the Webstone line of water heater solutions, a series of valves designed to simplify the installation of storage tank water heaters. Developments include new features for the patent-pending Pro-Pal Water Heater Supply Valves to offer brass union or dielectric union water heater connections, 1/2" sizes, and an integration of a 1/2" cold-water tapping port. Additionally, the line of Pro-Pal Water Heater Service Valve Kits has expanded to include new connection options and tempering valve kits, which take advantage of the newly integrated access point.
