Packaged booster system
Bell & Gossett’s newest TECHNOFORCE e-MTV Packaged System offers standout efficiency from installation to operation, all while delivering overall lower costs, the company says. Built to maintain a constant clean water delivery pressure, the e-MTV is a prefabricated solution that arrives ready to install for easy integration, saving time and labor. A variety of fixed-SKU options all feature e-SV stainless steel vertical multistage pumps, capable of flows up to 950 gpm. Pre-configured for two to three pump configurations, the system features 208-230V 460, 575 volt premium efficient motors, 304 stainless steel grooved manifolds, UL type 1 control panel, 7” color touchscreen interface and more.

Four-station lavatory system
The Express TLX Series 4-station lavatory system provides a durable, seamless and complete handwashing package. Designed to provide value and hygiene while delivering long-lasting performance, Bradley’s TLX 4-station model creates a sleek and streamlined look that comfortably provides personal handwashing space for up to four users. Double-stack dry cooler
EVAPCO’s eco-Air Series of dry and adiabatic coolers include flat, V-style and double stack dry coolers available with optional spray or adiabatic pad pre-cooling systems. With coil sections stacked vertically, eco-Air double stack coolers are designed for applications with very large cooling requirements and reduced footprint. The product line now offers custom ECM fan assemblies on double-stack units through a collaboration with Multi-Wing. The equipment offers high electrical efficiency, high airflow, integrated control package for fan speed control, and BAS communications. eco-Air also offers a newly-updated control package with larger touchscreen and proprietary EVAPCO control sequence and further reduction in water usage for their adiabatic systems.

Fire detection system
The Simplex Foundation Series are fire detection systems for small to mid-size building protection. The Foundation Series is a complete, off-the-shelf fire detection solution featuring both addressable and non-addressable models and a full range of reliable, proven Simplex devices. The series includes a free mobile app and quick, easy-to-follow online training videos that help installers become familiar with the equipment and learn fire alarm system basics. The Simplex Foundation Series features four new fire alarm control units, including two non-addressable models with both four- and eight-zone options and two addressable models with 50- and 250-point options. The addressable control units feature a 4-line by 40-character LCD display. The series also includes a full range of notification appliances, sensors and annunciators.

Ideal for higher flow and head applications, such as hydronic heating and cooling systems, light industrial processes and general service, the e-80SCXL features several seal options and the addition of 10 large in-line pumps. The vertical configuration results in a straightforward installation, while its high-head application offers low operating and maintenance costs. The Series e-80SCXL Pump accepts 60 hz TC-face NEMA Premium motors. All models come standard with the optimyze modular condition monitoring solution, sensing system vibrations and temperature to provide predictive maintenance before critical issues occur.

Air-to-water heat pump
The next-generation YORK YMAE Air-to-Water Inverter Scroll Modular Heat Pump — a high efficiency air-to-water heat pump for the North American market — is a sustainable, future-ready solution for offices and schools that want to minimize their environmental impact and electrify their heating and cooling. The YORK YMAE uses R-454B, a refrigerant that cuts climate impact by nearly 80% compared with R-410A refrigerant. The YMAE will be offered in single and packaged-module configurations. By utilizing low-GWP R-454B, the YMAE is compliant with upcoming regulations by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act. It features all new hardware, including new-to-market, electronic vapor injection (EVI) scroll compressors, updated heat exchangers and an optimized frame. EVI technology significantly improves system capacity and efficiency and allows the YMAE to provide high water temperatures at low ambient conditions.
