Natural gas boiler
The Laars NeoTherm XTR condensing natural gas boiler or volume water heater is available in 399, 500, 650, 800, 999, and 1500 MBH sizes all with Laars Linc. The modern design of this unit is equipped with an efficient dual-venturi combustion system and a low-pressure drop stainless steel heat exchanger to maintain XTR-ordinary performance with 10:1 turndown and 95%+ efficiency. The NeoTherm XTR is BMS compatible and cascades up to 4 units, controlled with the Laars Linc intuitive control and Vari-Prime pump control. It has easy access top connections and front access swinging panel for closely-spaced multi-unit installations.

High-efficiency commercial boiler
Lochinvar’s CREST with Hellcat Combustion Technology commercial boiler is available in eight models ranging from 999,000-6,000,000 Btu/h. This unit boasts up to 96.2% thermal efficiency and up to a 25:1 turndown ratio. CREST with Hellcat Combustion Technology features RealTime O2 Trim which includes Feed Forward, Feed Back, Commissioned Trim and Learned Trim. By using all of this information, the O2 sensor combined with Lochinvar’s Smart Touch control allows the unit to adapt to its environment. The control platform records the optimal settings so that as environmental conditions arise, the combustion system can adjust automatically with ease.

The NFB-C is available in two sizes: NFB-301C (301 MBH) and NFB-399C (399 MBH). The in-house designed and manufactured heat exchanger is form-pressed and robotic laser welded to minimize the number of weak points that could be prone to thermal stress and corrosion. The Noritz NRCB residential combination boiler allows simultaneous hot water and space heating. Designed to ensure a consistent temperature for domestic hot water demand, the NRCB offers an impressive 95% AFUE, with flow rates ranging from 9.8 gpm to 11.1 gpm.
