Packaged booster system
Bell & Gossett’s newest TECHNOFORCE e-MTV Packaged System offers standout efficiency from installation to operation, all while delivering overall lower costs, the company says. Built to maintain a constant clean water delivery pressure, the e-MTV is a prefabricated solution that arrives ready to install for easy integration, saving time and labor. A variety of fixed-SKU options all feature e-SV stainless steel vertical multistage pumps, capable of flows up to 950 gpm. Pre-configured for two to three pump configurations, the system features 208-230V 460, 575 volt premium efficient motors, 304 stainless steel grooved manifolds, UL type 1 control panel, 7” color touchscreen interface and more.

Wall-hung boiler
The new FT Series light commercial boilers are available in 301 and 399 MBH sizes. Featuring stainless steel firetube heat exchangers, the boilers operate with up to 10:1 turndown, can be used with natural gas or propane fuel, and run at an ultra-high 95%+ thermal efficiency. Each FT Series unit is equipped with onboard high- and low-temperature zone control, DHW Smart Priority functionality that allows simultaneous space and domestic water heating, BMS compatibility and can cascade up to four units. Additionally, a sensor actively monitors incoming air for cross-contamination from exhaust flue gases. This unique feature issues an alert when cross-contamination is present, indicating that the vent system should be evaluated to help keep the boiler running trouble-free. The units can be wall-hung or floor-mounted with optional stand package. Top and bottom gas and water connections and venting up to 150 equivalent feet offer increased installation flexibility.

Jobsite leak detection
BuildAlert enables the ability to automatically turn off water in the event of a leak — both during and after working hours. With automatic controls, displays and alarms, users have easy access to essential functions whether on or off the jobsite. The system utilizes remote ON/OFF capabilities accessible via a free PC or Mobile App, making it convenient to control operations as long as there's a jobsite internet connection. For added convenience and security, BuildAlert allows users to schedule automatic scene/mode changes after hours. Furthermore, the system maintains jobsite water pressure to help ensure a steady supply of water. For advanced integration and customization, the system offers an optional API for input/output signaling to remote systems, output alarms, or building management systems/building automation systems (BMS/BAS).

ECM high-efficiency circulators
With a maximum of 34 feet of head and 50 gpm, the new 0034e and 0034ePlus high-efficiency ECM circulators offer up to 85% energy savings over a conventional circulator. Available with cast iron or NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 certified stainless steel volutes, they are ideal for closed-loop hydronic heating systems as well as domestic hot water recirculation systems. The 0034e features an easy-to-use dial with five operating modes, including constant pressure, fixed speed, Taco’s exclusive TacoADAPTTM self-adjusting proportional pressure, and 0-10V capability. The 0034ePlus adds proportional pressure and more constant pressure settings as well as a digital display with real-time feedback, including watts, gpm, feet of head, and RPM. Both circulators are dual-voltage 115V/230V.

Pressure vacuum breakers with freeze-sensing technology
Preinstalled, connection-capable freeze sensors will now come standard on 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, and 2” Watts Series 800 pressure vacuum breaker backflow preventers. This new technology can be combined with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Irrigation Management Systems (IMS) to receive freeze alerts with a separately purchased add-on activation kit. Users can receive freeze alerts and take action to prevent freeze damage, monitor their backflow preventer 24/7 and reduce water waste as a result of freeze damage. Users can convert their existing Watts Series 800 pressure vacuum breaker orders to include this new freeze detection technology at no additional cost.

Vertical in-line centrifugal pump
Ideal for higher flow and head applications, such as hydronic heating and cooling systems, light industrial processes and general service, the e-80SCXL features several seal options and the addition of 10 large in-line pumps. The vertical configuration results in a straightforward installation, while its high-head application offers low operating and maintenance costs. The Series e-80SCXL Pump accepts 60 hz TC-face NEMA Premium motors. All models come standard with the optimyze modular condition monitoring solution, sensing system vibrations and temperature to provide predictive maintenance before critical issues occur.
