Franklin Electric Co.
Condensate removal
Franklin Electric Co., Inc. has announced that its Little Giant brand is expanding its condensate removal product line with the addition of a series of condensate neutralizing products: the Little Giant VCMA-20-NPTC Neutralizing Condensate Pump and NC-2 Series tube-style neutralizers. The pump is driven by a 1/30 hp high-performance motor and features a specialized blend of neutralizing media made of calcite and magnesium oxide for the best neutralizing effect without clumping or clogging, while the neutralizers from Little Giant feature integral unions with O-ring seals and snap-in mounting brackets.

NIBCO INC.
Press fittings
NIBCO INC. has announced an expansion of its PressACR line with new 1" OD and 1 5/8" OD fittings, designed to meet the evolving needs of the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. The fittings are made of globally sourced pure copper to meet stringent certification and compliance standards that support the higher-pressure requirements of HVACR systems.

Bosch Home Comfort
Ducted split heat pump line
Bosch Home Comfort announced the launch of its Inverter Ducted Split (IDS) Family (R-454B Version) heat pump product line. Equipped with R-454B refrigerant, the newest IDS Family products meet the criteria for a lower global warming potential (low-GWP) A2L refrigerant. The refrigerant upgrade comes amid the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-mandated phasedown of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants – like the R-410A refrigerant– due to their greater greenhouse gas emissions. As of January 1, 2025, all new residential and light commercial HVAC units must be manufactured with low GWP A2L refrigerants, such as R-454B.

Weil-McLain
Air-to-water heat pump
Weil-McLain introduced its new ECO HP Air-to-Water Heat Pump designed for residential and light commercial applications. The new system is a key component of the ECO Hybrid Dual-Fuel Hydronic System, which combines the efficiency of a heat pump with the reliability of a traditional gas boiler to deliver energy-efficient gains and consistent comfort.

Trane Technologies
Branch conductor
Trane Technologies announced the new Trane Hydronic Branch Conductor to help retrofit and new buildings achieve higher energy efficiency and zone comfort from decarbonized, electrified heating and cooling without major structural disruptions. The Hydronic Branch Conductor (patent pending) supports simultaneous heating and cooling capabilities. Trane has also transitioned its Series RTM RTWD and RTHD models and the remainder of the AxiomTM Water Source Heat Pumps portfolio to low global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants.

Baltimore Aircoil Co.
Dry cooler
Baltimore Aircoil Co. (BAC) launched its TrilliumSeries dry cooler. This high-capacity dry cooler reduces reliance on water while providing powerful and reliable heat rejection, the company states. The TrilliumSeries dry cooler is an ideal choice for space-constrained environments. Additionally, it features design elements that minimize maintenance, reduce installation costs, and lower noise levels – perfect for sound-sensitive locations.

Armstrong Fluid Technology
Vertical-in-line fire pump
Armstrong Fluid Technology has expanded its family of new Constant Speed Vertical-In-Line Fire Pumps with a maximum 500 USGPM flow for both 60hz and 50hz markets and featuring new high-pressure ratings of up to 160PSI. Armstrong Vertical-In-Line Fire Pumps eliminate the need for offset piping and motor realignment. They also use less floor space than comparable Horizontal Split Case designs.
