The L.S. Starrett Co.’s new series of 3X power bi-metal reciprocating saw blades feature teeth that cut more efficiently, enabling users to make up to three times the number of cuts than conventional blades, and are engineered for use on corded and cordless saws, the company notes. The blades are also highly resistant to breakage and feature a reinforced shank, Starrett adds.

The Flexi-Rooter 100 offers a stronger flexible shaft with the strength to cut through roots in 4" lines, yet flexible enough to negotiate 2" lines; an integral variable-speed motor with foot pedal to allow the use of both hands to safely guide the flexible shaft into the line; and a two-part cleaning array that combines the unique ClogChopper cutters with carbide chain cutters for a formidable combination.
