AERCO introduced the MFC II, designed for mission-critical facilities such as hospitals, data centers and industrial plants. Available in capacities from 4,000 to 12,000 MBH, the boiler delivers up to 94.5% thermal efficiency and low-NOx performance. Watts introduced a new Salt Level Sensor for commercial water softening systems with mineral tanks 24 inches or larger. The sensor continuously monitors salt levels in the brine tank and alerts users when replenishment is needed, helping reduce manual inspections and maintain system performance. Using infrared time-of-flight technology, the sensor integrates with the Nexa intelligent water management platform and supports Modbus communication for building management systems.

Heat pump
YORK introduced the YH9 variable-speed heat pump, offering up to 21 SEER2 efficiency and operation in temperatures as low as -10 F. The ENERGY STAR-certified unit can maintain up to 100% heating capacity at 5 F and features a factory-charged 15-foot line set to simplify installation. The system also supports remote diagnostics and zoning when paired with the SHC510 Smart Home Control thermostat.
