PEX water stops
BrassCraft announced the launch of eight new multi-turn and quarter-turn cold expansion PEX water stops. This launch expands the PEX water stop lineup with the right PEX water stop for every job, the company says. These water stops have been designed with the pro in mind to ensure they have the right water stop, every time. The full PEX lineup includes multi-turn, KT and G2 quarter-turn water stop in crimp, cold expansion, and push configurations. With consistent quality and reliability, the new BrassCraft cold expansion PEX water stops are low lead certified, made from a machined brass body with a chrome finish, and designed, machined and assembled in the USA.

Thermostatic radiator valve operators
Danfoss Climate Solutions introduced a new product line of thermostatic radiator valve operators to meet the demands for greater energy efficiency, replacing the RA2000 series of valve-mounted thermostatic operators. Aveo thermostatic radiator valve operators feature gas bellow technology and tactile temperature setting, providing a subtle click feeling for every 1 °F (0.5 °C) change in temperature. The Aveo thermostats also feature tamperproof versions to prevent vandalism. An anti-theft plug-in accessory offers additional protection for the Aveo thermostatic operator. This small plug-in makes it harder to remove the thermostat, which can only be done by using a special tool. Aveo thermostatic radiator valve operators also have built-in temperature limitation options so building managers can limit room occupants from changing the thermostat temperature.

Fixture outlet boxes
RWC launched HoldRite outlet boxes for washing machines and fixtures, like faucets and toilets, offering plumbers a streamlined installation process and a sleek final design. The outlet boxes eliminate the need for stub outs, brackets and clamps used in traditional plumbing methods, offering a time-saving solution that looks high-end when completely installed. With HoldRite’s outlet boxes, two-thirds of the installation is completed at rough-in, making the overall installation much quicker and simpler.

Expansion tank service assembly
Webstone, a brand of NIBCO, announced its new Pro-Pal E-Tank Service Assembly. This patent-pending solution simplifies the installation and service of any hydronic expansion tank. Its forged brass design features isolation valves for the system, a dedicated drain valve and a convenient union connection at the expansion tank to provide a greater degree of control during installation. An automatic air vent, pressure gauge and steel mounting plate are also included.

U.S. Boiler announced its new Citadel and Citadel XL condensing boilers and volume water heaters. The Citadel is available in five capacities (399 - 1000 MBH) and the Citadel XL is available in 1250 and 1500 MBH capacities. AHRI-certified and rated up to 97% thermal efficiency (98% for water heater), the Citadel is available in either a natural gas or propane configuration. The Citadel can be stacked two-high without the need for accessory racking systems, while the Citadel XL can be stacked with a rack system. Zero side and top clearance optimizes the amount of Btu that can offer per square foot. Included at no additional cost are the low water cutoff and high and low gas pressure switch making the boilers CSD-1 compliant. A standard, reinforced 3-in-1 vent connector facilitates the use of polypropylene, CPVC or stainless steel venting on the Citadel. Venting of up to 300 equivalent feet (combined) of vent in AL29-4C, polypropylene or CPVC is acceptable. Modbus communication also comes standard.

Flush sensor retrofit kit
The EZ Flush Sensor Retrofit Kit features a durable, chrome-plated metal finish that is impact-resistant, deterring vandalism. The unit is battery-powered, sensor operated and features a true mechanical override button to deliver on-demand flushing. The unit’s gear-driven operation outperforms temperamental solenoids, minimizing replacement costs, the company says. It also has a toggle feature that allows for optional 24-hour line flushing. The infrared sensor flush activation supports a hygienic restroom experience by eliminating touchpoints and is angled for optimum user detection. The internal sensor and motor components never encounter water, helping to ensure reliable operation for the lifetime of a commercial restroom. With its side-mounted design, the new EZ Flush Sensor Retrofit Kit allows for installation on either the right or left side of the flush valve. Installation is completed by simply removing the existing handle and installing the side-mounted sensor retrofit kit.
