Gerber’s Lemora collection offers style, flexibility and more

A month before the COVID-19 pandemic impacted our way of life, Gerber Plumbing Fixtures introduced a striking new bathroom collection at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in February 2020. The Lemora two-piece toilet made its debut, and a one-piece unit followed four months later. Since then, it has become clear why the soft contemporary style and associated benefits of the ADA-compliant toliets have struck a chord with consumers and commercial property owners.

Gerber’s new Lemora bathroom collection offers a soft, contemporary style that includes outstanding faucet and shower solutions.

Designed with clean lines, subtle arcs and edges that are drawn from nature’s inspiration, its forms and flows are representative of the organic shapes that surround us. The 12-inch rough-in, one- and two-piece toilets offer a complete and serene solution that are proving to be highly appealing to homeowners, says Kevin McJoynt, Gerber’s director of product management — fixtures.

“One of the key features is the Gerber QuietClean flush system, which makes for a powerful 1-2 combination,” he says. “You have outstanding flushing performance, which focuses on keeping the inside of the bowl sparkling clean, and quiet operation by minimizing the sound of a flushing toilet.

“The large, dual-fed rim jets provide a high volume of water — with less sound — than the same amount of water rushing through small holes,” McJoynt continues. “This is ideal for consumers who are sensitive to sound, and for those people who want to return discreetly to entertaining guests and have a centrally located powder room. The two-piece option with a tight tank-to-bowl fit gives a similar look to the one-piece at a two-piece price point.”

Lemora’s powerful performance delivers a WaterSense-certified 1.28 gpf, making it a consideration for hotels and restaurants. Both the one- and two-piece units utilize a 3-inch flush valve for maximum water flow and flushing, and a 2-inch fully skirted, concealed trap bowl for clog-free waste removal. The ErgoHeight elongated bowl also provides added comfort.
