Wells Plumbing is a leading wholesale distributor of a broad line of plumbing, heating and air conditioning products. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Wells Plumbing has 7 locations within United States. We are now hiring Branch Manager in our California and Illinois location!

Branch Manager manages local operations of the branch which includes the warehouse, delivery drivers, parts counter, and inside sales team.

Qualification & Experience

• 5+ years leadership/management experience;

• Plumbing and HVAC Industry experience and market knowledge are preferred;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams;

• Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and effectively manage through stressful situations;

• Strong operational ability required;

• Detail oriented;
