Dearborn’s True Blue bath waste kits are now available in brass material. Dearborn True Blue Brass is ideal for markets where brass installations are required for commercial and residential applications. It is suitable for standard tub depths up to 16” and whirlpool depths up to 24”, and is available in rough and full kits with solder and slip joint connections. The full kit includes a test kit, chrome trim kit, overflow assembly, waste shoe assembly and a solder or slip joint tee.

Sloan’s new Gravity Toilet features a sleek one-piece look with the benefits of a two-piece toilet that makes maneuvering parts easier for installation. Lochinvar’s FTX 1.0 fire-tube boiler fits into limited spaces while offering a higher input of 999,000 Btu/h. The units feature a filter system which collects debris from combustion makeup air, potentially extending the time between burner and heat exchanger cleanings, ultimately saving facility managers and homeowners money. The FTX 1.0 features both CON·X·US remote connectivity and SmartTouch operating control capabilities, a 10:1 turndown ratio and a thermal efficiency rate of up to 98.3%.
