The Navigator digital mixing valve is engineered with advanced technology to deliver and maintain water temperatures within +/- 3º F, even during low and zero demand periods, the digital valve maximizes safety and efficiency for domestic hot water systems, the company says. Data logging and BMS integration allow for convenient remote monitoring to ensure the proper water temperature is being distributed, eliminating the risk of elevated temperatures and scalding.

The TTS Synergy Series features a turndown ratio of 66:1 that will provide more than 1,600 gallons of hot water per hour, yet is compact enough to fit through a standard mechanical room doorway, the company says. TTS systems are pre-engineered and prefabricated to install quickly and without complications, minimizing costly downtime for commercial operators. The standard package consists of an aluminum frame rack holding from two to six Noritz NCC199CDV Commercial Condensing Water Heaters with maximum inputs of 199,900 Btu/h and maximum flow rates of 11.1 gpm.

The Mikrofill 3 hydronic system pressurization unit is the most advanced, “direct-type” pressurization unit available for sealed, low-pressure hot-water (LPHW) and chilled-water (CHW) commercial and multifamily residential applications, the company says. Able to fill any heating or chilled water system from empty without the use of a pump, the product also delivers commercial backflow protection with no RPZ valves, while also providing comprehensive electronic pressure management. The Mikrofill 3 has been tested and approved in accordance with ASSE LEC 2009-2021.

Isuzu’s 2023 gasoline-powered N-Series Class 3 and 4 models receive many enhancements, including four-wheel disc brakes as part of a new Vacuum + Power Assist Brake System with anti-locking braking (ABS). At the limit point of normal vacuum assist, a hydraulic unit will provide additional line pressure. The stainless steel Alta Combi boiler is now available in 200 MBH DHW input (5.2 gpm / 150 MBH heating input). In addition, Alta heat-only models are available in 120, 150 and 180 MBH. At 95% AFUE, Alta boilers feature next-generation gas adaptive technology that provides the shortest installation time and lowest operating costs, the company says.
